Mrs. Rose E. Davis, age 91 of Riviera Beach, Florida., transitioned to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at 5:16 p.m. at St. Mary's Hospital. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Nurse Davis was employed for several years with Palm Beach Community Health Care Center serving as a registered nurse before her health failed.

Nurse Davis is survived by her children: Leslie (Luis) Archbold and Joseph (Elisabeth) Hall. Grandchildren: Tobi Archbold, Josette Archbold, Rose (Doug) Archbold-Vickers, Michael (Devin) Archbold. Great-grandchildren: MaiTae, Jazmine, Erris, Fiana, and Chase. Extended family members: Barbara (Ernest) Mackifield, Patricia Dean, Audrey Wright, Merle (Samuel Bruce) McDonald, Pearl Turnquest, Dorritt Grant, Olga Hazel, Betty Davis, Mavis (Teddy) Johnson, Melverne (Washington) Collie, Janet (Carrol) Laing, Pamela (Sam) Haven, Sabrina Wright, Leila Gibbs Fountain, Judith (Doyle) Burrows, Terry Russell, Jermaine Deveaux, Sydney Bain, Chris Bain, and the Davis/Bain family.

A Funeral Mass were held Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church located at 200 W. 20th Street in Riviera Beach, FL. with Father Gil Boucher. Friends called on Friday, February 22, 2013 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Timothy E. Kitchens Funeral Home Chapel. Interment at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens.
